I can’t honestly explain how working with Brian Nunez has changed my life, but I’ll try. When I met Brian for the first time he was easily approachable, very kind and caring individual. We spoke for a good hour, while I was explaining my fitness goals and the walls in front of me to achieve them. We set a blue print of my fitness goals, which was to drop body fat, drop weight, and increase my strength. We set a long termed goal, as well as short termed goals, to keep me motivated and to see our progression from where we started. When I started training with Brian I was 205 pounds, 24% body fat, with little strength. I will never forget what Brian told me, before I finished talking with him, he said “Once we start training, you’re going to think its so hard to come in and work out, but once you get into the flow of things, and start seeing results you’re going to be bummed for not being able to come in and train”
We scheduled a complementary training session, and am embarrassed to say I was dying within the first 20 minutes, which consisted of 10 minutes of warm ups, and 10 minutes of the actual workout. It was the biggest fitness wake up call in my life; I knew I was out of shape but not this bad. I started training with Brian four to five days a week, and no work out was ever the same. His creativity in exercises was stunning, and I remember telling him he was an encyclopedia of exercises. We went through a variety of phases of training in a well-organized manner, with effective progression for my fitness level. While training he wasn’t only helping me change my body image, but also in the inside as far as how I felt about myself. Not only did I gain strength with my training, but I also gained confidence, a positive attitude, and a whole different perspective about fitness. Brian made working out fun, and less like a chore. When I finished training with Brian I was at 170 pounds, 12% body fat, and my strength had increased tremendously.
The impact he has made in my life is untouchable, and he inspired to give others who are struggling with fitness as I was. I became a NASM certified personal trainer with the motivation and guides from Brian, and now I get to help others gained the positive attitude of a healthy lifestyle. I would highly recommend Brian Nunez as a personal trainer for those who have struggled with fitness, and are ready to make a positive change in their lives.

As someone that always thought I was too cool for a trainer, Brian changed the way I viewed fitness and working out. After years of just hitting the weights and the treadmill I realized that results were minimal at best. That all changed when I finally decided to join his Club Circuit class. Not only did I notice an immediate physical change, more importantly, I noticed that I looked forward to going to the gym. I really dug the challenge of it. Full body work out in about an hour. The exercises are always fresh and innovative. He’s a great motivator but isn’t all in your face. I’ve been doing it for months and don’t see myself stopping anytime soon.

I have worked with several personal trainers over the years and Brian is by far the most passionate about what he does. His enthusiasm is contagious. Brian helped me qualify for the Boston Marathon at age 50! Every workout is different, his knowledge of how the body works is unending. When training with Brian 100% of his attention is on you,making sure your form is perfect to help prevent injuries. He is the best and I recommend him highly.

I used to be uncomfortable with my body weighing in at 255 pounds and having 17 percent body fat. After five months of working out with Brian and following his ‘Fitness Never Sleeps’ mentality, I am at a lean 215 pounds and 8.5 percent body fat. I went from size XXL shirts that were getting to be a little too tight to size L shirts that are a little big in some areas. I used to wear size 42 jeans that were getting tight and now wear size 34 jeans. Needless to say, I am no longer uncomfortable with my body.
People around the gym or friends that I haven’t seen in a while, are constantly complimenting me on how good I look or what great shape I am in. It is one of the best feelings you can have to hear other people noticing the change and it lets you know that all your hard work has paid off. Training with Brian was one of the best decisions I have ever made and I would recommend it to anyone that is ready to change their life for the better.
