In this challenge do each of the exercises for 20 reps each. Try a few ways of challenging yourself with this one…
1. How fast can you do the challenge (remember to have perfect form and quality reps)
2. How many sets of the Challenge can you do in 10 minutes?
3. How fast can you do the challenge from exercises 1-8, then in reverse 8-1 (for a total of two sets)
Good luck and remember to keep your focus on your motivation and working smarter and harder to your goals.
