Club Circuit 5 -8 people - Brian Nunez

Combine Training is a time efficient, high-energy circuit training regimen. Training starts with a dynamic warm up and core training, followed by 40 minutes of intense exercise. All club equipment is utilized and each session varies.

Circuit training stations alternate between muscle groups, which allows one muscle to rest while the next is used. This benefit of variability challenges the skills of the participant and helps improve cardiovascular, muscular endurance and overall strength.  Combine Training is a 6 week program consisting of 5-8 participants. With individual attention, energy and  motivation one is sure to have an intense workout.
