Junkyard Gym
Junkyard Gym is an intense, unconventional and fun way of training that requires no inside gym equipment necessary. From training with tires, water jugs, sand bags, bricks, and even cars one is sure to get a full body functional workout. Junkyard Gym challenges participants to increase their functional strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular and power. With so many of the movements and pieces of equipment replicating real life situations, participants are not only able to work at the most optimal intensity, but most importantly in a fun and safe way.
