Tour de Fit
Tour de Fit is a four day a week, three stage challenge where individuals team up to accomplish weight loss and body fat % goals. Each stage is 4 weeks long and focuses on a different type of training. Individuals will work together as a team with their Coach to complete each goal at the end of each stage. Individuals will be assessed individually by their Coach to determine a realistic goal. Based on each individual assessment, a group goal for each stage will be determined.

Stage 3: Sculpting Stage:
Nutrition Counseling: Each Member will meet with their coach to go over nutrition do and don’ts throughout the tour.
Goal Setting: During each consultation everyone will take measurements and as a team come up with a collective goal for each month.
Commitment: Everyone will work together as a team with their Coach 4 days a week comprising of 4 different workouts for each stage.
